Christmas is here, and it’s time to light up Bognor with joy, hope and wonder. You’re invited to celebrate with us at Saint Wilfrid Bognor, as we tell the story of a God who draws near — who steps into our world, our lives and our town. We’re coming together for candlelit carols, festive gatherings, and a warm welcome on Christmas Day, and we’d love for you to join us. Our hope is that as we gather this Christmas, we’d be reminded that God is with us.

Hosted by Bognor Churches Together, come ready to sing carols (led by the Salvation Army Band) and spread Christmas joy with a Live Nativity! Meet at the junction of London Road/High Street.

Christingle Service.
Guaranteed to be a morning of festive fun, invite the family to church to hear about the amazing story of Christmas with oranges, carols, and sweet treats. All are invited and all are welcome.
Sunday 14th Dec, 11 AM
Lighthouse Carols.
Celebrating Christmas in style, our Lighthouse lunch will be followed by a short Carol service. So put on your Christmas outfit and get ready for a hearty meal and a good old sing-song of all your favourite carols.

WilfTots Carols.
The usual WilfTots fun, and some Christmas related activities and refreshments! We are also going to be having a very short child-friendly carol service. Don’t forget to dress up in your nativity outfits!
Wednesday 17th Dec, 10 AM
Family Carol Service.
Bring the whole family to join for a morning of carol singing. Arrive early and you might even find there are some Christmas edibles and beverages left! Don’t forget to wear your Christmas jumper!

Evening Carol Service.
Invite your friends and family. Raise your voices and sing out the Christmas favourites, alongside moments of presentation, providing you with something to think about as Christmas Day draws closer.

Familiar bible readings that tell the story of Christmas, prayers offered on behalf of the world, the nation, and our Town, and of course, the opportunity to sing traditional Christmas carols.

Christmas Day Service.
Join us on Christmas morning to celebrate the birth of Jesus with carols, readings from the bible, prayers, the celebration of Holy Communion and plenty of age-appropriate activities for the family.

Saint Wilfrid Church is located on residential (non permit) streets. Please respect our neighbours and do not block any driveways or dropped curbs.
