Prayer Room and Week of Prayer.
Join us for a Week of Prayer and Fasting, from Sunday 9th to Sunday 16th November, as we launch The Hope Prayer Room - a dedicated space set apart for prayer, reflection, and encounter with God.
This marks an exciting new chapter in the life of our church, as we commit ourselves afresh to prayer for the renewal of our community and the spiritual awakening of this part of West Sussex.
Together we will seek God’s presence, intercede for our town, and grow in hunger for His kingdom to come.
Register for an hour slot to pray, by yourself or bring your community.
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
What is a
Prayer Room?
God is calling his church back to prayer and we are so excited to be opening The Hope Prayer Room. The Prayer Room consists of a series of suggested prompts designed to lead you through a shared journey of prayer with the rest of our church family. The Prayer Room will eventually be for 24-7 prayer and will be available to book for hour-long sessions. Come pray alone, bring a friend, or bring your whole community. We long to become a people of prayer and see God change our town.
Your Kingdom come, your will be done, in Bognor as in heaven.
Location
The Prayer Room is the South East corner of the Church Building and can be accessed via an external door. There is a keysafe on the door. Using the code provided in your booking confirmation email, unlock the door and go directly into to the prayer room.
Toilet and kitchen facilities are available.
If you have any trouble, please phone the number communicated in the booking email and on signs in the Prayer Room.
Safety
For your safety, all other doors to the Prayer Room have been locked. Please shut the Prayer Room door firmly behind you and do not let anyone else in, unless you have arranged to meet them to pray.
Give us today our daily bread.
Daily Rhythms.
Throughout the week of prayer we will be maintaining daily rhythms of morning and evening prayer. These will be corporate and led.
We clearly see these rhytms in the life of Jesus and with the apostles in the early church. We want to recover this historic practice.
Half Night of Prayer.
On Saturday 15th November, join us from 7.30pm-11.30pm for a half night of prayer - as we press deeper into God’s heart for our church, our community, and the nations.
And forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us.
Need to Cancel?
We want to see this Prayer Room filled with prayer for as many hours of the day as possible. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel your booking through the 24-7 calendar (link in your email) at any time to make it available to another person.
